In the event of unavailability of the works or delays in processing or shipping the requested products, which make delivery within the initially established period plus five working days impossible, Ana Rolaça Costa will contact the customer. The customer, in turn, will have the option of maintaining the order, agreeing to the new proposed deadline, or canceling it, receiving a full refund of the amounts paid.
  • Unless there is an insertion error or otherwise, the price of the products shown refers to the retail value and is exempt from VAT, as stipulated by article 9 of the CIVA. The valid price for purchases made through our website corresponds to that on the day the order is placed and duly paid.

DELIVERY

Delivery of your order can be carried out through CTT services or by a specialized transport company.

Every delivery is guaranteed to include insurance coverage.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on location and weight of the package. This amount will be added to the total price at the time of completion of the purchase.
  • Barring exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to dispatch the products relating to your order within a period of 5 working days after order confirmation.
  • However, delays may occur due to a variety of factors, such as unforeseen circumstances or complications in the delivery area.
  • If we are unable to meet the delivery date for reasons beyond our control, we will promptly notify you of the incident. In this situation, we will offer you the alternative of keeping the order active, setting a new delivery deadline or choosing to cancel the purchase, ensuring a full refund of the amount paid. These measures are additional and do not limit the other rights guaranteed by current legislation.

4. RESPONSABILIty

6. Refund and Returns Policy

In accordance with European legislation, the seller can return any product purchased online within 14 days without justification.

The deadline provided by law for returning a good purchased online is 14 days, with the period starting to run from the day the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods:

  • If you ordered several goods in a single order, but they were delivered separately, the period starts from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good.

Exceptions:

  • Work of art (painting or other media) created/manufactured at the request of the consumer/to order.

6.1 HOW TO EXERCISE THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO RETURN

When purchasing remotely, via the internet, the consumer can do so by sending the item within the aforementioned 14 days, and must notify the supplier of this intention by means of an unequivocal statement – by email, letter or by telephone ( existing on the invoice sent when sent) and which must be preceded by contact with the company.

6.2 Mandatory requirements for return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

6.3 How to get a refund

To complete the return process, the seller will simply have to reimburse you for all payments received, with the exception of delivery costs, within 14 days from the date on which you were informed of the return decision.
Reimbursement of payments will be made using the same payment method that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6.4 Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. LAW AND VENUE

All matters not regulated by these conditions will be subject to the legislation of Portugal.

In dispute situations related to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the district of Portimão is established, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction. Even if there is a version translated into English, the text written in Portuguese will prevail in case of discrepancies.
