Perceptions of Body (2008- 2011)

The “Perceptions of the Body” series presents an impressive variety of paintings by the artist, covering works of different sizes – from large to medium and small –, created between 2008 and 2011.

These artworks are explorations into the Core of Existence: A study of the profound internal essence of beings, encompassing humans, animals, and other entities characterized by their unique organic and visceral peculiarities. These amorphous “entities” or “fragments of beings” are brought to life through the spontaneous and flowing movements of the brush, deftly handled with oil paints to create form.
